Program Structure 

🔹 Phase 1: Foundation Building The journey begins with building a strong theoretical foundation, starting from the basics and progressing to advanced Scrum concepts. This phase ensures that every student, regardless of prior background, gains a clear and deep understanding of core principles essential for excelling as a Scrum Master. Our aim is to create a rock-solid knowledge base before moving into practical simulations. 

 🔹 Phase 2: Jira Practical Training Phase 2 marks the transition to hands-on learning, where students get introduced to Jira — the industry-leading Agile tool. Key topics covered include understanding Epics, Story creation, effective backlog management, sprint planning, JQL (Jira Query Language), and creating dashboards. This simulation-driven phase ensures students feel confident navigating real-world project management tools. 

 🔹 Phase 3: Live Mock Interviews with Detailed Feedback Mock interviews begin in Phase 3, with schedules shared at least two days in advance. Every student is mandatorily expected to participate. As your trainer, I role-play the interviewer and cover 1–15 questions ranging from basic to advanced, including critical situational questions. After each mock, students receive detailed, personalized feedback highlighting strengths and clear areas for improvement — a game-changer in boosting confidence and readiness. 

 🔹 Phase 4: Resume Finalization and LinkedIn Optimization Alongside continuing pending mocks, Phase 4 focuses on resume reviews, finalizing the professional resume draft, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles for maximum recruiter visibility. These crucial activities ensure that students are market-ready with personal branding that stands out, aligning their skills and aspirations with industry expectations. 

 🔹 Phase 5: Interview Best Practices & Lifetime Community Access The final phase prepares students with actionable tips for real interviews: how to get more interview calls, how to engage effectively with recruiters, and best practices to confidently handle discussions. After course completion, students are added to our Master WhatsApp group.
